Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or an exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the unworn shoes in their original branded packaging and ensure all protective fillers are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and ensure any previous delivery labels are fully covered.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund or replacement has been fully processed by our team.
